美味しい！林檎や杏などバラ科の果実感や甘さがしっかり生きていて、その甘さや果実感を軸にローストされたアーモンドや黒糖等の味わいに広がります。複雑な要素が重なりつつも散らからず、バランス良くまとまった飽きのこない味わいなのでファンが多いのも頷けます。飲む度に新たな発見がありそう。
