ほっとするような、ふくよかなで落ち着く香り。このコーヒーを飲むのは初めてのはずなのに、何だか帰ってきたようで安心します。しっかりとした苦味の中に黒糖のような甘さがあり、チョコレートとよく合います。カスタードのたっぷり入ったシュークリームと一緒に頂くのもきっと美味しい。
この豆はお土産で頂きました。流れでコーヒーを振る舞うことになったのですが、内心めちゃくちゃ緊張しました。美味しいと言ってくれましたが、帰った後も「ほんとに大丈夫だったかなあ」と心配で心配で…。お店の方はこれを数え切れないくらいやってるんだもんなあ…すごいなあ…。
The aroma is relaxing, full and soothing. Even though this must be my first time drinking this coffee, I feel at ease, as if I am back home. It has a firm bitterness with a brown sugar-like sweetness that goes well with chocolate. It is surely delicious with cream puffs filled with custard.
These beans were given to me as a souvenir. I had to serve the coffee in the flow, but I was so nervous inside. They said it was delicious, but even after they left, I was worried and wondered if it was really okay.... I wonder how many times the store owner has done this...amazing....
