こちらは長野市にあるドリンクのセレクトショップ「I’m waiting」さんで購入。ケニアはガタイティ、キアワムルルと鮮烈な印象が強いですが、こちらのカンヴィウは焙煎日から少し経過している為か酸味は少し落ち着き、熟したみかんのような優しい味わいに。蜂蜜やシロップような甘さと余韻があります。
「I’m waiting」さんには今回初めて行ったのですが、店主さんがとても爽やかで格好良い方でした。お店の場所も駅からの程よい距離感がいいですね。あとジャン・プルーヴェの椅子が本当に素敵！
This one was purchased at I'm waiting, a select store for drinks in Nagano City. Kenya has a strong impression of Gataiti and Kiawamururu, but this Kamviu has a gentle taste like ripe mandarin oranges, with a little acidity that has settled down a little since the roasting date. It has a sweetness like honey or syrup and a lingering taste.
This was my first visit to I'm Waiting, and I found the owner to be very fresh and cool. The location of the store is nice and a good distance from the station. Also, the Jean Prouvé chairs are really nice!
