千曲市市民交流センターで行われたイベント「春のパンまつり＆キッズI’PO with キッチンカー」で購入。代表川野さんが来ていたこともあってか、私が行った時は列ができていました。ファンらしき人も見かけましたよ。
バラ科、林檎系の果実感と酸味に加え、デイリーフリーな焼き菓子のような印象も。紅茶のような余韻で全体的に明るさはありつつも柔らかく優しい味わいです。抽出は無理に味わいを引き出そうとせず、既に豆が持っているバランスを崩さないよう意識すると美味しくできました。

Rosacea and apple fruit and acidity, as well as a dairy-free baked goods impression. The overall flavor is bright, yet soft and gentle, with a tea-like aftertaste. Extracting the beans was delicious if you are conscious of not forcing the flavors out and not destroying the balance that the beans already have.
