味わいはブラウンシュガーそのもの。勿論果実感はしっかり存在し、その為全体的には水のように澄んだ印象がありますが、首尾一貫、ブラウンシュガーのコクと甘さが楽しめます。今回はスキーの帰りに立ち寄り、このザンビアと苺のトリフを頂きました。満席だったのですが、「相席でいいなら」と心優しいご夫婦が声をかけてくれて、席が空くまでご一緒させて頂きました。本当にありがとうございました！
旅慣れした感じのお二人だったので、ちょっと話しかけたかったのですが緊張して出来ず…次こそ！

The taste is brown sugar itself. Of course the fruitiness is present, so the overall impression is watery and clear, but you can enjoy the richness and sweetness of brown sugar in a coherent manner. This time we stopped by on our way back from skiing and had this Zambian and strawberry trifle. The restaurant was full, but a kind-hearted couple asked if they could share a table with us, and we joined them until a seat became available. Thank you very much!
