どれか一つの味わいを軸にというよりは、それぞれが支え合っているような「バランス」を感じるブレンド。こちらからコーヒーに寄り添うのではなく、コーヒーがこちらに寄り添ってくれる、そんな優しさを感じるライトな酸味とパッと花開くような苦味。抽出温度は低めに設定するとバランスも崩さずフレーバーも感じられるのでおすすめです。
パッケージは瓶。唯一無二の存在感で思わず並べたくなります。豆は瓶の縁ギリギリまで入っており、なんだかその姿が愛おしく嬉しかったです。
Rather than focusing on any one flavor, this blend has a sense of "balance" as if each flavor supports the other. The light acidity and the bitterness that blooms in a flash give the coffee a gentle feeling, as if the coffee is leaning toward you rather than you leaning toward the coffee. We recommend a low brewing temperature so that the balance is not lost and the flavors can be felt.
The package is a bottle. The unique presence of the jar makes you want to put it on display. The beans are packed right up to the rim of the jar, which made me happy.
