コメントにウーロン茶とあるように、一瞬のバター感の後に茶葉の発酵のような、複雑な要素が絡み合った風味がやってきます。品種由来なのか飲む度に印象が少しだけ違い、毎回新鮮な気持ちでフレーバーをひとつひとつ拾い上げることが出来ました。
100gしか購入しなかったのであっという間に無くなってしまいましたが、何故か更なるポテンシャルを感じる東ティモールのコーヒー、これからもチェックしていこうと思います。
As the comment says "oolong tea," after a moment of butteriness comes a flavor that is a complex intertwining of elements, like the fermentation of tea leaves. The impression was a little different each time I drank it, perhaps due to the variety, and I was able to pick up the flavors one by one with a fresh feeling each time.
Since I purchased only 100g of the coffee, it was gone in no time at all, but for some reason I feel that this coffee from Timor-Leste has even more potential, and I will continue to check it out.
