まごうことなきレッドアップル。果実だけでなく皮ごと食べた時のような印象を受けます。焙煎由来のキャラメル感もありますが、アップル系のクリーンな酸と甘さのバランスの良さが目立ちます。派手にフレーバーを出そうとせず温度も控えめ、落ち着いた抽出でバランスを崩さないようにした方が個人的には好きです。
The unmistakable Red Apple. It gives the impression of eating not only the fruit but also the skin. There is a caramelized taste derived from roasting, but the balance of clean apple-like acidity and sweetness stands out. I personally prefer it when the temperature is moderate without trying to bring out the flavors in a flashy way, and when it is extracted calmly so as not to upset the balance.
