甘さとのバランスの良い柑橘系の酸味。黒糖とキャラメルの中間のような甘さがあります。全体的に瑞々しくフルーティですが、まろやかで優しい味わいです。抽出によってはかなり鮮やかに酸味が表現できるので、コーヒートニックにしても美味しいです。これからの時期にピッタリ。「旨さには種と仕掛けがございます」の一文が素敵。
こちらは「(coffee) the heavy moon」さんで購入させて頂いたもの。今もあるかはわかりませんが、私が伺ったタイミングではエスプレッソを使った他では見かけないドリンクがあり、それがとても美味しかったのでぜひ。帰って早速スーパーに寄ってお家でもやりました。
Citrus acidity balanced with sweetness. The sweetness is somewhere between brown sugar and caramel. Overall, it is fresh and fruity, but mellow and gentle. Depending on the extraction, the acidity can be expressed quite vividly, so it is delicious as a coffee tonic. It is perfect for the coming season. The sentence "There are seeds and tricks to the deliciousness" is nice.
