フレーバーを明確に感じることができます。よくわかる！というか開くような感じ。入り口は胡椒系の香辛料のような香りが印象的ですが、次第にピーチ等のストーンフルーツや紅茶のような印象に変化していきます。ピーチティーというわけではなく、この2つは並行して味わうことができます。
グアリロバ農園の豆はこれを書いている段階ではCity Roastで提供されたYellow Catuaiも提供されており、そちらも「旨味！」って感じで美味しかったのでぜひ。
